Therapy & Coaching for Hoffman Process Graduates

Integration takes time. You don’t have to do it alone.

You’ve done the Process. You’ve looked honestly at your patterns, opened your heart, connected to your emotional child, and reconnected with your Spiritual self.

And now you’re back in the flow of daily life—where old dynamics can resurface, clarity can fade, and the momentum you felt during the Process can start to slip.

This is where integration really begins.

I offer therapy and coaching for Hoffman Process graduates who want continued support living from the insights they gained—without having to re-explain the language or the framework.

I’ve been through it, too.

I did the Process in my early 20’s, and it was a turning point that led me to the path I’m on now—as a therapist, and as a Hoffman Graduate Group Leader. I lead community groups, facilitate tools, and support grads in staying connected to the work in their real lives.

In our work together, we might focus on:

  • Staying rooted in self-compassion and forgiveness

  • Making choices outside your old family patterns

  • Using the tools—Quadrinity Check-In, recycling, awareness—in real time

  • Deepening spiritual connection in a grounded, embodied way

  • Navigating relationships, career transitions, or resistance as it arises

This isn’t about doing more work.

It’s about living from what you already know—inside a space that helps you remember and return.

Why work with me?

  • Process-aligned: You won’t need to explain “vicious cycles” or “emotional child.” I speak the language.

  • Spirit-aware: My background in contemplative psychotherapy bridges inner work with spiritual awareness.

  • Experienced support: I’ve walked this path with many grads—individually and in community.

  • Flexible options: Therapy (CA & CO) or coaching (nationwide/international), depending on your needs and location.

If you’re feeling stuck, or simply want a place to keep this part of your life alive—reach out.

Let’s talk about what support might look like now.
