Compassionate Therapy for Life Transitions
I know the pressure to have your life all figured out—and how heavy it feels when things are messy instead. I’ve been through those in-between seasons, where everything feels uncertain and nothing feels quite right. Through my own healing, I found what it’s like to feel supported while untangling the overwhelm. I learned to recognize when something’s off, and what to actually do about it. Now, with over a decade of experience walking alongside others, I help people come home to themselves—more clear, more grounded, more alive.
My Approach
I combine several trusted approaches to help with both immediate relief and deeper healing:
Contemplative Psychotherapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Modern Psychoanalysis
These approaches help you make sense of what you’re feeling, build healthier patterns, and start to trust yourself again — so you can move forward with confidence and clarity.
Who I Work With
Individuals feeling stuck, lost, or behind
People navigating transitions in identity, relationships, or career
Those dealing with anxiety, people-pleasing, or burnout
Adults untangling family dynamics or struggling to differentiate
Thoughtful, sensitive individuals who want real support — not just coping tools
Hi, I’m Kristina.
I’ve been through the stress and doubt that come with life’s big changes in your 20s and 30s—the uncertainty of shifting relationships, career questions, and trying to find solid ground when everything feels up in the air. Over time, I learned how to find an inner anchor that feels steady and safe.
With over a decade of experience, I’m here to walk alongside you through the hard moments. Together, we’ll break old patterns, set boundaries that actually support you, and help you trust your own voice.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in real connection. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next—I’ll meet you where you are and help carry the weight, so it doesn’t feel so heavy.
