Hi, I’m Kristina.
I know the pressure to have your life all figured out—and how heavy it feels when things are messy instead. I’ve been through those in-between seasons, where everything feels uncertain and nothing feels quite right. Through my own healing, I found what it’s like to feel supported while untangling the overwhelm. I learned to recognize when something’s off, and what to actually do about it. Now, with over a decade of experience, I help people come home to themselves—more clear, more grounded, more alive.
My approach is warm, intuitive, and grounded in real connection. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of what’s next—I’ll meet you where you are and help carry the weight, so it doesn’t feel so heavy.
My Approach
I bring together a mix of trusted therapy approaches — not in a rigid or clinical way, but in a way that fits you and what you need. Sometimes that means offering practical tools to help you feel more grounded right now. Other times, it means slowing down and exploring the deeper patterns that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others.
My background is rooted in DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), Somatic Psychology, and Psychodynamic Therapy. These are just names for ways of working that help us do a few important things:
Make sense of your emotions instead of feeling ruled by them
Build new patterns that actually feel good in your body and your relationships
Get to know the different parts of you — even the ones you’ve tried to hide or shut down
Start trusting your inner voice, little by little
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are, being real together, and doing work that helps you feel more like yourself — not just in theory, but in your actual life.
