Heal, Grow, and Thrive.
Therapy & coaching with depth, presence, and practical support.
In-person Santa Barbara, CA, and online across California & Colorado.
You don’t have to be falling apart to feel like something’s wrong.
Maybe things look fine on the outside — you’re getting through the day, holding it together — but inside, something feels off. For some, that shows up as anxiety, burnout, or self-doubt. For others, it’s emotional flatness, confusion, or a quiet sense of “this isn’t me anymore.”
You might feel like you’re going through the motions, or constantly managing other people’s needs while losing track of your own. Maybe you’ve hit a point — in your life or your relationships — where the old ways of coping just aren’t working anymore.
If you keep pushing forward without pausing to look at what’s really going on inside, the disconnection tends to grow.
You might feel less clear, less alive. Relationships become harder to navigate. And the part of you that wants something more — more ease, more meaning, more you — gets buried under all the noise.
This isn’t just stress. It’s the quiet pain of being out of sync with yourself — and not knowing how to come back.
Therapy can help you return to yourself.
Not by fixing you, but by making space for the parts of you that haven’t had room to breathe.
In our work, we’ll explore the patterns that have shaped you — not just to understand them, but to shift what no longer serves you.
I work with people who are thoughtful, emotionally complex, and often harder on themselves than anyone else could be.
My approach is grounded in deep presence and insight, drawing from modern psychoanalysis and contemplative psychotherapy. This isn’t about surface-level symptom management — it’s about meaningful, lasting change from the inside out
If you’re unsure whether therapy is “for you,” you’re not alone.
Maybe you’ve tried therapy before and didn’t connect with it. Or it felt too structured, not structured enough, or just… not quite right.
That hesitation makes sense. The right therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s about finding someone who can really meet you where you are — and walk with you through what unfolds.
Whatever brings you here, I want you to know:
You’re not too much. You’re not making it up. And it doesn’t have to stay this way.
If you’re ready to feel more like yourself again — or maybe for the first time — I’d love to meet you.
Hi, I’m Kristina Radnoti.
I’m a licensed therapist based in Santa Barbara, working with college students and adults navigating transitions, self-doubt, burnout, and identity shifts. I bring over 10 years experience in mental health, and my style is warm, curious, and depth-oriented — I bring a psychoanalytic and contemplative lens to this work, but at heart, I’m just a human who loves sitting with other humans through what’s hard and real.
If you're looking for someone who meets you where you are — without pressure or pretense — you’re in the right place. Feeling better is possible. Real, lasting change is possible. Reach out today to see if we’re a good fit.
